Nokia 2720 fold blocked

Hi all,
I have a problem with a Nokia 2720 fold just bought on ebay English ... I thought I had made a deal, but at power on, Italian inserting a card, the phone does not work, or rather turns on but does not take any coverage.
I tried to enter the codes found on the forum to unlock the phone but to no avail.
... I forgot ... I bought the phone with a card T-Mobile as the phone is branded.
