nokia asha 311

hi
ive got nokia asha 311 but i couldnt listen to the music in loudspeaker.ive to use earphn to listen to the music.Same problem as the ring tone also nt ringing. its only vibrate. can ani body help me to get rid of this prob

One simple suggestion for you,just go to the near by Nokia Store,and
you will better find the solution for your problem.
Even i too using this Nokia Asha 311 phone,but didn't get any such issues.
This could might be due to hardware problem in any of a particular model.
But this could be better sort out by the Nokia Store.

I think its not possible to solve this problem in this forum. I think there is hardware problem in your mobile and u need to go your nearest Nokia care centre. Your problem will solve easily.

I think you have speaker problem. There is only solution that you visit your nearest Nokia Service center. It will be fine don't worry!!!
