Nokia 311 Asha wi-fi problem

I have Nokia Asha 311, when I get sms, that contains settings for web and mms, from my mobile services provider, and I accept and save that sms, 3G on my phone works well, but wi-fi with Nokia browser doesn't work! Than I return the phone to the default settings (reset it), and now, wi-fi works well, but 3G doesn't work (settings from my provider are, of course deleted now)!
Has anybody some working solution to this problem, which is very common, by the way!!!

It sounds like the APN settings were erased when you reset the phone. You'll have to find out what they are for your provider, then follow the instructions here: Manual internet settings for Nokia Asha and Series 40 phones - Nokia Developer Wiki
