Signal Boost...?

I have just moved house and can get no signal (limited Service) in most of the house, and only 0/1 bar of signal if on the window, is there a way i can boost the signal?

Since you posted here I am assuming you are on Orange
Have you tried seeing what their coverage is like in your area generally. It is worth reporting this to them as well- Phone providers will boost signal in areas where they receive a lot of complaints about coverage, since there can be 'dark' spots in the grids
The difference can also be the phone that you are using - it maybe worth seeing if you are the only one on orange getting a duff signal

I haven't read anywhere of a reliable/credible device for boosting signal, though I have seen them advertised
