Unlock Codes

I have aquired a treo 650 from our lost and found, after the 90 day waiting period of course. Its previous owner had Cingular and I have T-Mobile. I called T-Mobile customer srervice and they told me I had to call Cingular for the code. I really don't think Cingular will give it to me because I am not their customer. I have tried *#*#1234# and that doesn't work. However I'm not sure of what the D center button is referring to. Any ideas?

they might give the unlock to you if the account's contract was up....

because the phone was most likely reported stolen or lost, you will not be able to get the code from cingular as the imei will be reported as such.

My cingular unlock code email said after 5 incorrect attempts the phone will permanantly lock and be trash...

They will give it to you. I called cingular and they give it to me but I also terminate my contract. The unlocked code that they gave me says you successfuly unlocked it but if i put other sim card it still doesn't work
I just pay someone to unlocked my phone
