Sprint Treo 700wx Question's

Guys & Ladies,
I have questions for any of you:
Whats the good and the bad review's of this type of phone? And would you recommend it for someone like myself or anyone else that is interested in this?
Also my last question im moving back home to Tampa Bay Florida in the mid next month and the home phone service is about 80 bucks to install I was thinking of getting the 700wx as a house phone? Has anyone ever done this before?

I have one since January and it's been a very smart device. I would recommended to get it if you are interested on the phone.
