If you mean Sprint, you don't. Sprint is
CDMA, and you really cannot unlock them. And
CDMA is different technology, so even if you did unlock it, it will not work with
GSM.
This is the main reason that Spring and Verizon do not have international roaming to any extent. The phones do not work on the Global Standard for Mobile phones.
