1. The 650 does not have WiFi capability, so your wireless internet doesn't do anything for you.
2. You have two good options for ringtones. You can transfer an entire song to your phone using the cable or by dragging and dropping the file to your card (requires a card reader). Then you can use MusicTones (freeware) to clip the file and send that clip to the ringtone memory. Or you can clip the song on your computer and trnasfer it. Then use MusicTones to just import the entire clip.
3. Your Treo uses an SD card (probably up to 4GB but I'm not sure). You can buy a card reader (usually a USB device) and transfer files to and from your card much faster than by using the cable, then put the card back in your phone.
