Transfer mp3s from PC to 700p


Can anyone simply tell me if it is possible to transfer MP3's directly from my my PC to my 700p? HOW? What do I need? Windows Media Player 11 is not working. It doenst' recognize the device.

Format memory card in phone.
Put memory card in PC card reader, drag tunes to the the Audio folder of your memory card,
Then put card in phone. Play MP3 tunes with PTunes.
