ReSetting my Palm to the Factoring Setting

My Palm Centro has pretty much crapped out on me. First it would go to the AutoSyc Screen which usually only comes on when it is connected to the computer. Then It would just shut off and not turn on. I would take the battery out for a day or so to get it to power back on.

I tried to get it replaced but I was literally a day late on filing a report on the manufacturer's warranty. So the agent tried to give me steps on how to reset it to the factory settings, but since i couldnt get the phone on he didnt bother to give me the steps.

But i still want to know them just in case i do get the darn thing to power on. I only care to get my contact and photos off of it.
