Palm Pre launching October 16 on O2 UK

O2 UK has finally announced the release date of Palm Pre: October 16.

On October 16, O2 UK customers can grab the Palm Pre from O2 (in stores or online), Carphone Warehouse, Phones4U and various O2 partners.

O2 subscribers can get the Palm Pre free if they sign up for a 24-month contract at £44.05 or an 18-month contract at £73.41 per month.
If you are a business customer and hold business tariffs of at least £30.91 per month and have a 24 or 36 month contract, the Pre is also free to you.
