I am trying to unlock my Palm pro and multiple websites ask for imei numbers. I have an meid hex, an meid dec, and a s/n number. none of them are 15 characters long. the phone will not display a imei number when prompted by the *#06#. Which of the above numbers should be used, any help and recommendations and where and how to unlock my phone would be appreciated.
