Panasonic phones.

Panasonic cellphones sounds weird. It's like you think they are the worst phones on the market. Is this correct?

Depends what you are looking for, the panasonic vs3 i had purchased had a great megapixel camera, the best screens on the market, and a decent interface. Depending where u live the service may not be as good. But to say the worst phones? nah

Absolutely no way!
I own a VS7, and the only think a miss is a miniSD slot. The external speaker doesn't sound to loud when playing mp3 ringtones, but a fixed this increasing volume of my mp3 files with a soft like wavepad.
Also I was reading a lot about earpiece volume, and I have to say also is not brilliant, is absolutely average (same as my previous Motorola V300).
