First Post can u help pleaseIve just purchased a second hand

Ive just purchased a second hand A100 phone, and every thing seem's Ok just one thing that is driving me mad, ive set the caller volume to the top setting, but still its not that loud...? can any please tell me if its possible to make the caller volume higher...?
