EB-VS2 memory question

Hey there,

Hoping that someone out there will be able to help me,

I have a EB-VS2 and i am having probs downloading movies from friends etc, i received a sound file via infrared and although i have heaps and heaps of memory (over 75% free) it is saying the file is to big to play, however its only 402kb

Video section i have only used 6% and it will not allow me to accept MMS from friends?

Any info anyone has in regards to whethere settings need to be changed or whatever would be greatly appreciated
