Panasonic VS6 phone broken

I spilled some juice over my phone yesterday, but it still worked fine after I wiped it off. It was still ok this morning. Just now, however, the top half of my phone doesn't work at all, but I can still receive and send calls. Any advice? The camera looks like there's a lot of bubbles in it.

Never mind, my phone suddenly came back to life just now. I guess it just needed some time to dry.
