| | Newbie | ok so i was thinking of buying one of those really tiny phones, coz they're so cute lol. and um, i wanted to know a few things about them before i buy one. I did a search and found these phones.
(it seems i cant post any links to show you the ones im talking about coz my post count is 0 right now. thats gay! lol. but i assume you know the ones im referring to)
i wanted to know:
-if these small phones allow for ringtones that are not polytones.
-what kind of service do they have? like are they cingular, tmobile or something else?
-what is triband?
-are any tiny phones camera phones also? -and for those of you who have used them before, what are their pros and cons.
i have some more questions, i know it, but i just cant remember them all right now lol. so if anyone can answer the questions i just asked i would REALLY APPRECIATE IT!!!
thank you

| | Newbie | ohh i was thinking of getting the pantec when i 1st saw that commercial on tv, but i think those phones come w/ a plan from cingular and contracts and i dont like contracts so i was also thinking of going w/ metro pcs if i can. and also i wanted the phone to stay small so once u flip it its not so small anymore lol.
about the ringtones thing...you cant have ringtones that arents polytones even u sign w/ a provider that allows those types of ringtoens?

you best bet just wait for the technology on these phones to develop to a level where they have what you want

| | Banned | The tiniest phone I have seen is one in which you could totally wrap it in your palm and people not knowing you're holding one. I can't remember the exact model but sister used to have this flip-top gold phone which she carried with her in her palm. It was very cool. | | |

| | Junior Member | Funny you should post that, I figured while I stopped on for the first time in awhile i'd mention that i've gone through more phones than I can count, I am in love with my pantech, its the small silver, or blue/silver phone. Just type it in google image search. I have service everywhere, not to mention the durability, i've thrown this thing at walls and it is perfectally intact. I'd give this a 4 out of 5.
The only part I don't like is in order to use the speaker phone you have to wait for a response on the other end.
