I bought a brand new X70 phone online and it wont power on. In the manual, it said that it could be because it wasn't fully charged. It has been on the charger for about two hours and it still wont power on. A red light is flashing on the front of the phone but that is it. Is this normal? How will I know when it is fully charged?
