I remember liking the Pearl Flip. Are there any comments as to size on this? In other words, is it as wide or wider than a regular BlackBerry?

Hi. I just got a Blackberry Style 9670 Steel Grey on Saturday. This is the first Blackberry I have had. My cellphone was acting up and I decided to take the "next step" to better things.

I always liked the flip phones I had and I really like this clamshell model. The screen is protected from scratches (I'm good at doing that), no accidental keys being pressed, no need to be constantly pressing the key unlock, just to name a few.

I was considering a Blackberry before but I have been waiting for the clamshell version. Glad I waited. So far, I just love it. Now my friends want one too.

Someone was asking about the size of it compared to other models. Well, I carry it around in my shirt pocket quite a bit. It is thicker than the others, of course, but length and width are perhaps a bit bigger, but not much.

Sono interessato ad acquistare il telefono 9670 Blackberry , che viene per ora venduto esclusivamente in America; ma posso poi utilizzarlo in Italia o bisogna apportare delle modifiche? :sono a pagamento e quanto costano? Grazie a quelli che mi potranno rispondere.

Its thicker than a curve but a tad smaller in length and much of the same width.

Of course, the Style isn't available any longer. I broke mine and wanted another one. Whereas BlackBerry had discontinued it, I went for a Samsung Galaxy SII. I like the Android system but would have stuck with BlackBerry if they had stayed witn the Style.

Just one more reason why RIM is going to the dogs...........
