I've had this phone for 2 wks now. To active don't call the *228 number. They send you step by step instructions including a 1800 number to call from a different phone. Its easy if you follow the instructions.

Once set up and you've made/received your test calls personalization is easy and quick.
There's a TIPS & TRICKS thread on this forum that can help. It only takes seconds to down load your favorite app's.

The phone is fast. Downloading is quick. I can see the screen well outside. I had the fascinate with amolled screen, and there'not a lot of difference.

Being able to open several web sites ay one time is a plus. Talking and looking at the web, sending/receiveing texts all at the same time is handy for multi taskers.

With the flash player, I've not found anything I can't view. So far.

Camera is great. Video also. Automatically compressing these is so handy.

I've gotten to like the keybored. Less spelling mistakes or wrong word used by auto correct.

I do wish I could create new folders on the sim card with out having to put in a pc. And I wish the calendar had the holidays to. Battery life could be improved. I charged my fascinated at least six times a day. And only charge my TB 3x's. So its somewhat of an improvement. Maybe the OS update will help?
