Motorola DROID 4

I love the new keyboard and larger screen. I don't think the image quality from the camera is as good as the D2, but is acceptable. The keyboard is a bit harder to pull out than on the D2 and the D4 is sometimes a bit awkward in the palm. The speaker isn't as good, being a quarter of the size of the D2's speaker.

I like some of the newer features since the ICS update, such as the ability to preview widgets before adding them to the home screen and the folders. Also, the 4G signal is more stable than before.
