First day with it is frustrating getting used to the differences. Finding the lack of arrow keys annoying as scrolling with the touch screen does not work very well. Probably would get used to it but going to web pages with small print makes touching fields to enter info tough.

Documentation is bad, tells you what everything means rather than how to do something. So Tools is where you can change things... but how do you change the order of the text messages? I am not finding the phone to be very customizable. Ok, colors and wall papers can me tweaked but how about not having to press 5 buttons just to make a call? Lucky for them most people skip the docs.

Do like reading the reports on the web about the phone being high quality. good screen, camera, and keyboard.
