I love this phone, had it for about a year, no major complaints.

Most issues aren't created by the phone rather, the android apps like facebook, etc. I wish facebook would get their act together

I always recommend backing up your contacts on the sd card for any resets you may need on any android.
Contacts> menu> import/export> export to sd card. Installation from sd card is just as easy: Contacts> menu> import/export> import from sd card

I tend to reset any of my android phones every 3 months or so, I recommend appmoster as a backup. This just keeps performance at its best with any android model.
