Just setting this up for the first time. All contacts successfully copied to
phone. But now, if I edit an Outlook contact (phone number, etc) this change
does not get updated into the phone when I sync again. If I edit on the
phone, it does seem to update correctly in Outlook.

Is this normal? Any suggestions about how to fix?
