Frequently, my E815 was mysteriously changing the ring setting. I was
losing calls because the phone would go into silent mode. I carry it in my
pocket and learned that the keys on the left side were being activated by
things in my pocket. This was what was causing my ring settings to change.
Is there a way to lock the ring settings so that the side keys can't change
the settings?

Hitting menu then star locks the buttons so they don't accidentally
activate. You must hit menu and star again to activate keypad and buttons.

Hi,
I tried it and it doesn't work. The buttons are still active.
