What a friggen pain, trying to install PC Suite.

I'm using a zonet bluetooth dongle and the latest/current widcomm
drivers and have what seems to be a paired connection with the PC
which allows basic file transfers but after have several failures
trying to install PC Suite I double checked my phone properties in
bluetooth options to check what services were allowed with my 3650,DUN
and SPP were both options,I do need Serial Port service but I get
Access Denied so I'm sure that is part of the reason PC Suite is not
installing. Also,I noticed in the bluetooth setup for this phone that
no Comm Ports are listed virtual or not..when I try to add a com port
the drop down box shows Bluetooth Com Port but I get the same Access
Denied trying to add it. Anyone have any ideas where I'm wrong
here..I'm sure I've left out a step in all this but after 2 days of
    frustration and reinstalls..I'm burned out..HELP!

I should have edited for clarity but I was in a hurry..let me revise
    this with alittle more detail:

    Nokia 3650
    XP sp2

I'm using a zonet bluetooth dongle and the latest/current widcomm
drivers and have what seems to be a paired connection with the PC
allowing basic file transfers but after several failures
trying to install PC Suite I double checked my phone properties in
bluetooth options checking what services were allowed with this 3650,DUN
and SPP were both options,I do need Serial Port service but I get
Access Denied when I check it's box? Also, the BTwizard in the bluetooth
configuration menu in sSettings is not able to find a BT Device?
Also,no Comm Ports are listed virtual or not..when I try to add a com
    port
the drop down box shows Bluetooth Com Port box but I get the same Access
Denied trying to add it. Anyone have any ideas where I'm at
here..after 2 days of frustration and reinstalls..I'm burned out and
about ready to try a cable..HELP!

Go into your main bluetooth connections page. (ex, My Bluetooth Places for DLink bluetooth adaptors) See if you have a way to view bluetooth devices in range if you find yours click on it. It should bring up a serial port. try to connect to it. Mess around here if you cannot and it somehow, i dont remember exactly where in this area it is, but it should bring up your comm port that u are using. Most bluetooth adaptors have default ports, make sure u set to that port. best of luck to you, i just spent 3 days trying to get mine to connect so i feel ur pain!
