iPhone or iPad?

Hey quietlychaotic! I already have iphone so I would like to go for iPad. I am having fun with my iphone and if I going to get ipad free of cost then the fun will get double. I would always suggest getting an iPhone first. The iPad is secondary in my home.

This is a good question! It's also really hard to answer, ha ha!! On the one hand, I'd like to have the iPhone because it's small, convenient, and easy to carry. On the other hand, the iPad has the larger screen so it's easier to read with and better for web browsing. If I had the iPhone, I could talk and text on it, but if I had the iPad, I could Skype with it... I think I would have to choose the iPhone, simply because the features between the two are similar but the iPhone is more portable.

I would choose the iPad in a heartbeat, because I've been wanting one of those ever since they came out. The iPhone is okay, but for some reason I've always wanted an iPad way more than an iPhone. I think part of it is because the screen is so much larger and you can do so much with it. Portability wouldn't be an issue for me, because I carry a large messenger bag with me everywhere I go.

Let's add the new iPad mini to this discussion. If you were looking to choose between the iPhone, iPad, or iPad mini, which would you choose?

Personally, I think the regular iPad is too large to comfortably use. The iPad mini seems to be a better size, so I would probably be more satisfied with that.

I wouldn't want to carry an iPad everywhere, I agree that an iPhone is much easier to bring along with you. I don't think the standard iPad will fit in a normal sized pocket, so it can be difficult to carry it around, even if it is in a case.

I think I would go with the iPad. It can do pretty much everything that the iPhone can, but it has a bigger screen to do it with. The only thing you couldn't really do on the iPad would be talking on it, but you could Skype with it. You could also run instant messenger apps in lieu of texting.

I would take the free ipad and sell it, cause I dont do istuff.

if you already have a smartphone or older iphone.. go with the iPad.
I love my ipad3 and iphone 5, but i feel an ipad is harder to replace than my iphone. IMO..
