So, repeatedly I have not been getting the proper service from Bell regarding text messaging. I send a message and the receiver never receives the text, nor when a text is sent from someone do I receive it. Bell claims that each time I call they "fix" it and that I am okay. It does not work. Anyone else finding this too?

Thats werid man, could be something with the phone itself. Id pop into a bell store and see what they could do with the phone.

Is this issue still occurring ? And did you get charged for the text messages you have attempted to send ?

Bell Mobility Texting works O.K. within Canada and the U.S. but it DOES NOT work for international texting. No matter what Bell Mobility phone I use, I'll get the "Invalid Phone #" error message. The Bell Mobility help line does not help and their web site instructions are laughable. The instruction for texting U.K. is 011 + 44 + 12 digits while there are only 10 digits for U.K. phone numbers!
I switched to Rogers because of this.

HI Ryan: Yes we have the same problem but just receiving text messages. Started June 1, 2009. What was the resolution to your problem. 13 calls to Bell helpdesk. aarrrgh.
A test showed instant msg to them. 6 minutes back.

I have the same thing. Its been happening to me for a long time. So far no resolution.

I too am having this problem! My son has a Bell cell phone and I have Rogers. 9 times out of 10 I get the header saying I have a message from him but there is no message. I have spent hours on the phone with Rogers trying to fix the problem. Bell are not willing to even try to look at the problem.

Have you spoken with Bell Technical Solutions? I opened a ticket with them when I was having the problem. I have since got a new HSPA iPhone and I had the same problems when I first got it but now all seems to be resolved after opening a ticket with Bell Technical Solutions.
