For the past few days, I've been trying to send a text to a friend from the U.S to overseas (Australia) but to no avail, it doesn't go through.
I've emailed Boost customer service, and they said to add a plus sign in front of their number but every time I press the button to write the message it says invalid number.
I've looked online for a solution. I've read that the + is just a short code for the U.S. exit code (011). So instead of the +, I put 011 in front of the number, then the country code (61), and leave off the first 0 in their number, but every time I do this they never receive my text.
Any suggestions or help please?
Thanks in advance.
