    It is very interesting to see that the people that have the biggest problems with the Cingular/ATT merger on here are noobs as well...
    People like Nic, Lord, Brian and Wilson have either been on here for a while, or are part of the business somehow because they know what they are talking about.

    I ask, how are these ATT people thinking they are getting a raw deal? They still have service on a possibly absurd plan with what they have now. If they have problems or want to add something, it is a change. Cingular was only obligated to facilitate existing service, not provide other absurd plans or free phones like ATT did.
    Has anyone thought that those might be the reasons why ATT Wireless is no longer in business?

    thanks for the props, but i'm neither a 'veteran' nor in the business.

    it's common sense, really. so my question is, if i understand this, why don't they?
