Bem, apenas quando nós pensamos anúncios de terno de lei tem sido colocados para descansar, aqui vem outro processo judicial. Desta vez, Samsung está planejando suing Apple para violações do LTE patentes. Samsung decidiu esperar até depois do anúncio da Apple de seu iPhone 5 e prosseguirá a ação depois que o iPhone 5 torna-se oficial.
Today, September 12, will become the official announcement of the Apple iPhone 5, so we're sure we will hear more about this lawsuit between Samsung and Apple. Europe and the US are the targeted areas where Samsung will file suit and with this being said, it was just last month, when Apple filed a lawsuit against Samsung for infringing on the design patent and was ordered to pay Apple $1 billion.
