I've been with Sprint over 10 years and have always been in a contract. I've recently decided to make a change and go no contract. I just don't feel I should be penalized for wanting to make a change. Besides that, I've paid Sprint faithfully for over 10 years, yet, if I want to make a change, I'll be charged an early termination fee!?!? That fee should diminish over time. Certainly 10 plus years should account for something....
