Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call settings”
  4. Access “Call forwarding”
  5. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding (Optionally, select from “Contacts”)
  6. Tap “Enable”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Call settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select a forwarding option to disable
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm

Block Calls:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Contacts”
  3. Go to the “All Contacts” tab
  4. Select the contact you want to block
  5. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts” and access “All Contacts”
  2. Select the contact you want to unblock
  3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  4. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open the Google “Messenger” app
  2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
  4. Tap “Block (number)”
  5. Press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: You will continue to receive messages from the blocked contact, but the conversation thread will be archived and you will not receive notifications.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Blocked contacts”
  4. Tap the contact / phone number you want to unblock to confirm

NOTE: Once the contact is unblocked, the conversation thread will be removed from archives.
