Qual é a melhor plano que tem um número ilimitado e pelo menos 100 minutos? EUA celular tem um número ilimitado e como 200 minutos por mês para 30 $, é lá somthing melhor que isso? Seria ainda melhor se eu conseguisse um pouco o uso da web, mas eu não quero ir mais de 30 $, eo fornecedor tem de ser confiável e ter um pouco de serviço ao cliente decente, seria ainda melhor se você pudesse trazer o seu velho telefone quando mudar, mas se ele não tem que está tudo bem.

I know you said you don't want to go over $30 per month, but for an additional $5 per month (for a total of $35 per month) you can get Virgin Mobile, which offers 300 minutes, unlimited messaging, and unlimited data. Virgin Mobile uses Sprint's network, without roaming.

You can use an Android device on either plan if you choose to do so.
