Enable Call Forwarding:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Open Settings
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- Tap Always forward and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap Enable
Forward Calls (Conditional):
- Open the apps drawer
- Go to Settings
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- Select to Forward when busy, Forward when unanswered or Forward when unreachable
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap Update / Enable
Turn Off Call Forwarding:
- Open the Settings menu
- Tap Call
- Tap Call forwarding
- Select Always forward or a different forwarding option you want to disable
- Tap Disable
Block Incoming Calls:
- Tap People on the homes screen
- Tap Menu > Manage contacts
- Access Blocked contacts and tap +
- Perform one of the following steps:
- To block an existing contact: tick the check box associated with the contact you want to block and tap Save. (Optionally, you can tap OK to save the contact info to another account)
- To block a phone number: enter the phone number and tap OK to confirm
Unblock Calls:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Open People
- Tap Menu
- Tap Manage contacts > Blocked contacts
- Press Menu > remove blocked contacts
- Select the contacts you wish to unblock and tap Delete to confirm
Block Messages:
- Tap Messages on the home screen
- Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact you want to block
- When prompted with Message options, tap Block contact
Unblock Messages:
- Launch Messages
- Tap Menu
- Go to Block list
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap Menu > Unblock contacts
