i just got a new clear case for my lg6000. i can get it all apart except for where it folds at the hinge. any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

i can get all the screws out but dont know how to get it apart where the hinge is.(where it folds). it has silver plugs on each end.

Did you order the case online or did you buy it from a retail place? I've been thinking about changing the cover plate on mine

i bought it off ebay. i am still having probs. getting the hinge apart. guess im just scared i will break it.

i finally took the time and got the new "clear case" on with lighted battery. it was a major pain getting the hinge apart but it looks GREAT!!!!!!!!

Yeah, the first time I went to Mod a phone, I was a bit leary also. Just like you, I was afraid I was going to break the case even after I had all the screws out.
After I finally popped the cover off and it didn't break, I went full board on mod'ing it. Since then, I have destroyed (Mod'd) every phone I have owned, along with all my friends phone's too.
Such a inexpensive way to completely change your phone. It's almost as if you have a new phone again.
