I cannot receive pictures through text messages on my LG L9!

I have had a LG L9 phone for less than a year now and just recently I am no longer able to receive pictures through text message. I am still able to send them but nothing shows up when one is sent to my phone. If there is text in the message, the text shows up but there is no sign a picture was even sent.

The pictures were sent from the standard messenger app that came with the phone and they are coming from a blackberry. If someone could help me with this issue, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I would call your provider about this. A setting may have been changed in your APN settings, but I doubt it. It's possible your provider changed something. Have you tried resetting your phone?

Yeah that was my next step if posting here didn't come to a solution. I did a soft restart and took everything out but I haven't tried resetting to factory settings. I might just cut to the chase and call my provider tomorrow. Thanks for the advice!
