View and Reset the Call Log:
- Tap Phone from the home screen
- Tap Call logs and select a call log entry to view more details
- To reset the call log press Menu > Clear all
- Tap Yes to confirm
Block Calls From a Number:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Go to Settings
- Tap Call > Reject calls from
- Tap + and perform one of the steps below:
- Select a contact and tap Done
- Select a call log entry and tap Done
- Write the phone number you want to block and tap Save
Unblock a Phone Number:
- Go to the phones Settings menu
- Tap Call > Call reject > Reject calls from
- Tap the Trash can icon and select the phone number you want to unblock
- Tap Delete
- Press Yes to confirm
Block Messages:
- Open Messaging
- Press Menu and tap Spam manager > Spam settings
- Tap Spam numbers and press +
- Enter the phone number you want to block messages from and tap Save
Unblock Messages:
- Launch Messaging
- Press Menu > Spam manager
- Tap Spam settings > Spam numbers"
- Tap the Trash can icon and select the phone number to unblock
- Tap Delete > Yes
Call Forwarding
Forward All Calls:
- Open the apps drawer
- Go to Settings
- Tap Call and go to Incoming call
- Tap Call forwarding > Always forward
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or alternatively you can tap Contacts and choose a contact from the phonebook
- Tap Turn on
Forward Certain Calls Only (Conditional Forwarding):
- From the phones Settings menu, tap Call
- Tap Incoming call > Call forwarding
- Under Forward if, choose Busy, Unanswered or Unreachable
- Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to, and tap Update
Cancel Call Forwarding:
- Go to Settings"
- Tap Call and swipe to Incoming call
- Tap Call forwarding > Always forward
- Tap Turn off
