I accidentally deleted my schedule on my calendar app!!! Please help!!!

So, I was attempting to clear up space on my Metro PCS cellphone by disabling some of the apps that I don't use...

I'm pretty sure that I didn't disable my calendar but apparently I disabled an app that was linked to my calendar and my whole schedule disappeared!!! I then went back and enabled almost all of my apps but my schedule didn't come back!!!

I've done this before, went into the Metro store and they were able to restore my calendar with no problem but this time they weren't able to do it for some reason...

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
