V3 razr only 1 active line ?

Hello I have a 2 line sim and a V500 phone that has 2 lines available. But I wanted a new one so I bought a V3 which only has a one line choice, which I find odd, so I asked Motorola and they say its right, are they just fobbing me off ?

Hi I just got P2K tools and xvi32, downloaded the seem 0032-0001 loaded it into xvi32 went to address F1 or 1F and edited bit 4 saved it out, loaded it back into the phone and WOW just what I wanted.
