e815 Driver

I got my e815 a few days back. Today i picked up a USB cable. in the box was a software but it is only compatible with v710. i tried it and it didn't work. Does anyone know where I can get a driver?

i just want to transfer videos, pictures, mp3, ringtones, and such. Not into the whole bluetooth stuff yet.

Why don't you just buy a memory card for it and transfer everything that way?

i will buy memory cards at a later time. I just bought the usb cable... does anyone know how to do what i have stated earlier?

is this a type of driver compatible with e815?

check the top posts in this forum for a link to MPT (Mobile Phone Tools I think)... I honestlt don't know what is enabled and what isn't - using the memory card is so easy I won't get the usb cable

I read on howardforums that I need hacks and what not in order to use the MPT. does anyone know any step by step so i can use this?

do you WANT to "hack" your phone? It will invalidate your warranties via Verizon... my advice is go with Boss's advice, dump the cord and get a card and card reader... but then again, my knowledge is limited when it comes to hacking since I have found what I need in the transflash card

i downloaded mpt and it worked... sorta...

here are some things i did not figure out:

After I transferred files, they went where? I could not find them on my phone.

It told me to update the version i had, so I did. Then I didn't know whow to go to composer screen.

I cannot transfer files


any help???
