I have a internet dial-up account, previously I used it to connect my computer to internet by dialing-up on the normal phone.

Right now, I'd like to use cell phone to connect my computer to internet with this dial-up account. My handset is RAZR V3, and my plan is GET MORE PLAN(T-Mobile).

How to do it?

And should I pay extra money for it?
