You may have heard about a new Motorola handset that was announced for Asia, Latin America and Europe not too long ago called, the Motorola XT531, which underwent the name of Fire XT for Europe and Spice XT in Latin America. Now, it looks as if the XT531 will be coming to the US according to FCC's testing and approval of the 3G bands that were for AT&T.
Now, it's not been mentioned or confirmed that the Motorola XT531 will actually launch with AT&T, but we are saying that the handset has the bands to do so. If the Motorola XT531 is launched in the US and with AT&T, it will more than likely be changed to a different name, as most handsets are when launched with a different carrier.
Features of the Motorola XT531 include the following: a 3.5-inch HVGA (320×480) touchscreen, a 5 MP rear camera, a VGA front-facing camera, an 800 MHz processor, 512 MB of internal storage space, microSD card support, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, and a 3.5 mm headset jack
