View and Reset the Call Log:

  1. Tap the “Phone” icon on the home screen
  2. Press “Menu” > “Call history”
  3. Scroll through the entries and tap & hold the one you want to view more details about
  4. To reset the call log, press “Menu” again and tap “Clear call log”

Add a Contact:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Contacts”
  3. Tap the “Add contact” button in the lower-right corner of the screen
  4. Enter the contact’s name and phone number in the appropriate fields
  5. After adding the desired contact info, tap “Done”

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Launch the “Contacts” app
  2. Press “Menu”
  3. Tap “Import / “Export”
  4. Select to “import from SIM card”, “Import from storage”, or “Export to storage”
  5. When exporting, tap “OK” to confirm
  6. When importing, select the account you want to import the contacts to
  7. Select the contacts you want to import and follow the remaining on-screen prompts to complete the process

Create a Speed Dial Widget:

  1. Press and hold an empty area on your home screen
  2. Tap “Widgets”
  3. Scroll to, and tap & hold the “Direct Dial” widget
  4. Drag the widget on the home screen and release it
  5. When prompted with the Contacts list or the People app, select the contact you want to associate with the Direct Dial widget

NOTE: You can create multiple Direct Dial widgets, and you can organize them in folders. To do so, simply drag and drop a Direct Dial widget on top of another one

Delete Contacts:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to remove
  4. Tap “Edit contact” > “Menu”
  5. Tap “Delete” and press “OK” to confirm

Create a Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Tap the “Add a contact” icon in the lower-right corner
  3. Select an account if necessary
  4. Under “Groups”, tap “Group name”
  5. Tap “Create a new Group”
  6. Enter a name for the group and tap “OK”
  7. Enter the contact’s name and any additional information you want
  8. Tap the “Back” arrow to save the group

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Select the contact that you want to add to the group
  3. Tap “Edit” (pencil icon)
  4. Under “Groups”, tap “Group name”
  5. Select an existing group and tap “Back” to save the changes
