Connect Series-40 platform phone to google voice via Wi-Fi?

There are many posts on how to connect Android Wi-Fi phone to google voice via Wi-Fi.
Can this be done with a Nokia C3-01?
It has Wi-Fi and the Series 40 platform (not Android).
How could I find out?
I would like to know before I purchase the Nokia C3-01.

I think that certain Series-40 phones can connect to google voice via Wi-Fi.
Here is what I found.

SIPSorcery service can convert Google Voice into a full VOIP service.
This includes free wifi calling from anywhere in the world on certain smartphones to US and Canadian phone numbers.

This page explains how to integrate Google Voice and SIPSorcery with an Android SIP client:

There are six Series 40 devices with SIP VoIP clients:
Nokia Asha 302
Nokia Asha 303
Nokia Asha 311
Nokia C3-01 Gold Edition
Nokia C3-01 Touch and Type
Nokia X3-02 Touch and Type
The list comes from reading the last two tables on this page:

So if it can be done on Android, I think it can be done on the Series 40 devices listed above.
But I have not found anyone that has actually tried it with a Series 40 device.

"GrooVe IP" is an app that makes it easy to make Google Voice calls on an Andriod phone via Wi-Fi connection. Here is a description of "GrooVe IP":
