Block Incoming and Outgoing Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” in the upper-right corner of the screen
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Tap “Call settings” > “Call blocking” and select the desired option

NOTE: In case this is the first time you access call blocking, you will be prompted to create a password for blocking settings. To change an existing password, tap “Change call blocking password”.

Block / Unblock Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” > “All calls to voicemail”

NOTE: To unblock incoming calls from a contact, follow the same steps above and then disable the “All calls to voicemail” option

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Tap “Voice”
  5. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Phone”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  4. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding” > “Voice”
  5. Choose to forward incoming calls “When busy”, “When unanswered” or “When unreachable”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, and tap “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Apps” > “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call settings” > “Call forwarding” > “Voice”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to disable

Enable Fixed Dialing:

NOTE: You can limit the phone numbers you can call or send messages to by enabling Fixed Dialing. To do this:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Open “Settings”
  4. Go to “Call settings” > “Fixed dialing numbers”
  5. Turn on “Enable FDN” and, if necessary, enter your SIM security code
  6. Tap “OK”
  7. Go to “FDN list” and tap “Menu” > “Add contact”
  8. Enter the phone number / name of the contact you want to add
  9. Tap “Save”

Change Caller ID Settings:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Additional settings”
  4. Select “Caller ID” and choose “Network default”, “Hide number” or “Show number”

View and Reset the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Recents” > “View full call history”
  3. To view more details on a call log, tap it
  4. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Clear call log / history”
