Linking contacts on S5 active

Hi,

I just bought the S5 active. I have tried to link multiple contacts and it is not working. Does anyone know how to link them? Thanks for any help!

What exactly isn't working? What is the source of the two contacts that you want to link?

I have multiple listings for each contact. One has a work number, the other a cell number, and the third an email. I have tried to link and it says they are, but there is still 2 or 3 listings for each contact.
