Can't Get PC Studio 3 to Recognize ZX-10

Hi everyone, I could really use some help. I have a Samsung ZX-10 from AT&T, works great. I recently got a phone-to-USB cable (model # PCB1 20BBE) to direct transfer my photos and other data from my phone to my PC. I downloaded the PC Studio 3 software from the Samsung web site. I've used two different computers (both on XP sp2), downloaded and reinstalled PC Studio 3 several times, etc. The Device Manager in Windows on both computers recognizes the Samsung device just fine when I plug it in. However, PC Studio simply refuses to recognize I have a phone plugged in. I've called Samsung several times and they're of no help. Can anyone help me out? Hi, in case anyone reads this, I did confirm with Samsung tier-3 support that there is a problem with the latest version of Samsung PC Studio software recognizing the ZX-10 phone. As of this writing, the latest version of the PC Studio software is V3.1.2/GF2. Samsung tech support said they'd be forwarding this on to their engineering group for them to fix this problem in an upcoming update of the PC Studio software.
