Hi, I have this Samsung GT-I8730 (android 4.1.2) which gives me little or no performance due to lack of coverage by my ISP. I have been told that I
can change my ISP or carrier to another that provides better performance. Is this called 'roaming'? Any assistance would be appreciated.
