Samsung SGH-E105 battery problems

I just bought this not even a week ago (T-Mobile) , and it seems the battery doesn't last very long at all.....Seems like with hardly any phone usage and just playing around with the ringtones and wallpaper that I get about a day out of mine. I'd hate to see how it performed if I actually talked on it for a while...Anyone else have this problem?

if you *&*&*&*& with it all the time, the back light and screen will cause the battery to drain quickly.

talking and standby hardly wear the battery down. once i stopped dickin with it all the time, the battery ends up lasting about a week
